Class Schedule:
  • Classes for three-year-olds are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00am to 11:30am.

  • Classes for four and five year olds are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8:30am to 11:30am.

Registration:
  • Your child must be three or four years of age by August 1 to be placed in a FPA class. Children with birthdays falling between August 1 and November 1 will be evaluated on an individual basis for appropriate placement.

  • Your child must be toilet trained before starting preschool.

  • FPA membership is required to enroll your child at Fulton Preschool. Our nonrefundable yearly membership dues are $20.00. to register your child, you must complete and submit a registration form along with a check for the membership dues and a deposit of one month's tuition. The deposit will be applied to the tuition due for your child's last month of school. Current and past FPA members are able to take advantage of an early enrollment period for each annual registration and are given priority if a particular class is oversubscribed. Children are assigned to classes in the order in which applications are received and in accordance with the boy/girl ratio for each class.

  • The FPA does not discriminate based on race, color or creed. Children with special needs are evaluated on an individual basis.

Tuition:
  • Fulton Preschool tuition is established with two goals in mind - to enable the Preschool to offer the best educational program for children while maintaining reasonable tuition rates for parents.

  • For the 2024-2025 school year, tuition for the Tuesday/Thursday class is $80.00 per month and tuition for the Monday/Wednesday/Friday classes is $100.00 per month.

  • If 2 siblings are enrolled concurrently the younger child's tuition rate receives a discount, reducing that rate to $70.00 for the T/TH class or $90.00 for the MWF class.

  • For convenience and a little savings, you may pay by the semester (Sept-Dec and Jan-April) and deduct $10 from your tuition bill. MWF total would be reduced to $390/semester and TTH total would be reduced to $310 semester.

  • The monthly tuition fee is the same whether or not children attend class. If your child must miss class, your monthly tuition payment will hold your child's place in class until the child is able to return. The preschool budget includes Christmas and other holiday breaks so no refunds are given due to the shortness of these months. If you withdraw your child from preschool, you must notify both the teacher and your enrollment board member. Two weeks' written notice will be necessary to receive a refund of May's tuition deposit; however, no deposit will be refunded after March 15.

  • Tuition is due the first of each month and is delinquent after the 8th. If tuition is not paid by the 8th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be charged. If payment is not received by the end of the month, the FPA Board may ask for withdrawal of the child from class until the delinquent tuition amount and late fee(s) have been paid. Your child's position may be forfeited at the Board's discretion for continued late or non-payment of tuition and fees. If a tuition check is returned for non-payment, a $25 returned-check fee will be applied and payment will be required by money order. Checks or money orders are preferred. If paying with cash, (exact amount only) give the payment to the classroom teacher or aide and do not place it in the tuition box. Check and money orders should be made out to the Fulton Preschool Association and may be placed in the tuition container in the classroom or mailed to the FPA Treasurer. All mailed payments must be postmarked on or before the 8th to be considered on time.
